Or the relief after having asked someone for forgiveness? How grateful we feel when the grip of negativity and anger has left, and the air is clean again! My beloved guru Mooji once said, "Forgiveness is at the heart of human greatness." Yes, it is great and powerful to forgive – it changes the whole energy within oneself and the other.
